Working Paper No. 7 "Diffusing (Inter-) Regionalism: The EU as a Model of European Integration" by Tanja A. Börzel and Thomas Risse, the directors of the Research College, has been published. In the paper, the authors explore the extent to which the European Union has sought to promote regional integration beyond its borders.
