The Dual Degree Master’s programs “Politikwissenschaft - Affaires Européennes“ and “Politikwissenschaft - Affaires Internationales" are the result of a close cooperation between Freie Universität Berlin and Sciences Po Paris originating in the 1980s. The integrated Franco-German program was the first of its kind and has served as a model for other higher education cooperation within the Franco-German and European context. In December 2010, the program was awarded a DAAD-prize for its exemplary recognition of credits obtained at the respective partner institutions.

Within the framework of this program students obtain two internationally recognized degrees:

• Master of Arts in Politikwissenschaft from the Freie Universität Berlin

• Master de Sciences Po
