Arndt Leininger, researcher at the Center of Poltical Socialogy of Germany, attended the annual conference of the section Political Economy of the German Union of Political Scientists (DvPW) in Konstanz. He presented his current working paper with the title "Unequal Participation: Direct Democracy's Unresolved Dilemma?". The conference entitled "Political Causes and Effects of Social-Economical Inequality" was organized by the Exellence Cluster "Politcs of Inequality" of the University Konstanz. The Exellence Cluster in Konstanz, as the Cluster "Script - Contestations of the Liberal Script" in Berlin, is one of the 57 clusters sponsored as part of the exellence strategy.
