Lilian Seffer is currently working as a Junior Professional in the department for Peace and Security with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the program to support the ECOWAS Commision. She is a M.A. candidate at the Hertie School of Governance. Moreover Lilian holds a B.A. in Political Science from the Freie Universiät Berlin and the American University in Cairo. Her academic interests include questions of governance and conflict transformation, as well as decolonial and feminist epistemologies.
