In the future the EU will increasingly need to rely on soft, rather than hierarchical, modes coordination in energy policy. In his talk our guest speaker will adress the chances and risks of new governance efforts in the EU - especially open methods of coordination (OMC).

The Berlin Sustainability Talk is a monthly brown bag seminar at the Environmental Policy Research Centre (ffu).
