Mathis Lohaus is a research associate involved in two DFG-funded projects:
- "TRANSNORMS: Translating International Norms between the Global and the Local" (2019-2025)
- "Global Pathways: Knowledge Diffusion in International Relations Research" (2018-2020)
Mathis is an alumnus of the Berlin Graduate School for Transnational Studies (BTS) and received his doctoral degree in 2016. Before returning to FU Berlin in August 2018, he worked as a lecturer at University of Greifswald.
His research interests include international organizations and regionalism, the diffusion of policies and ideas, and global norms against corruption.
