On Wednesday, 8 March 2023, Dr Johanna Schnabel presents her book "Managing Interdependencies in Federal Systems. Intergovernmental Councils and the Making of Public Policy". The presentation is part of the Conference on Intergovernmental Relations and Public Policy in Zaragoza. The Conference is organized by the Manuel-Giménez-Foundation.

Together with colleagues from Latin-America, i.a. the cooperation between levels of government within federal states will be discussed during the presentation.
