Securitizing climate change in India
The project she’ll be realising in India addresses the question whether environmental/ climate change is discussed in terms of security in India. From an Indian perspective,- who and what is threatened most by climate change, the population, the state, the environment? Which future conflicts are considered to be induced through climate change and which measures are adopted to guarantee security? Who is securitising climate change in India? The intention is also to investigate these questions on a concrete example; water related security challenges of the Ganga river basin.
