Tobias Belschner

Tobias Belschner is a PhD candidate at the Berlin Graduate School for Transnational Studies. His main research interests are the management of transboundary Common-Pool Resources, quantitative methods and energy policy. He has published articles on the G-20 process for fossil fuel subsidy reform and on the EU's role in international fisheries governance.
During his research stay in India he will conduct interviews regarding the stakeholders and institutions that shape Indian fisheries policy, both in its Exclusive Economic Zone and in transboundary fisheries. In addition, he will conduct interviews regarding fossil fuel subsidy reform in India.
