Marek Jessen was student assistant at the Weizenbaum Institute and the research unit "Digitisation and Participation". He studied political science in Marburg and Brno (Masarykova Univerzita) for his Bachelor's degree. He came to Berlin for his Master's degree in International Relations at the Free University, Humboldt University and the University of Potsdam. He also studied in Paris (Sciences Po) for a Master's degree abroad. He has already worked for Reporters Without Borders and currently works in the press office of the SPD in the Bundestag.
