If an item you have on loan is lost or damaged, it must be replaced. You can do this yourself or leave it to us.

In addition to the cost of obtaining a replacement copy, a processing fee will be charged in accordance with Freie Universität Berlin’s Library Fee Regulations. This fee is currently

• 10.00 euros, if you procure the replacement copy yourself
• 20.00 euros, if we procure the replacement copy on your behalf
